Description
For over 25 years Peroni has been designing and manufacturing complete pumping systems for:
-
complete pumping stations;
-
pumping units of high complexity for offshore installation;
-
chemical injection and dosing units, and also for pipeline testing
units, descaling plants and cement injection systems for ground
consolidation.
Peroni offers extensive project engineering and management resources
ensuring a wide range of product expertise and providing complete
solutions.
These systems, designed according to customers specifications
and in conformity with main international codes, are normally supplied

Automatic operation of the station is assured by a local control panel.
Produced water injection system for offshore
installation in the North Sea. Total capacity 190 m3/h, delivery
pressure 502 bar, with a total installed power of 3500 kW. The unit is
skid mounted and consists of one booster pump and two PSO 190 septuplex
pumps electric motor driven with frequency converter control and is
complete with all necessary auxiliaries (valves, interconnecting pipe
work, access stairs, instrumentation and cabling). The unit is designed
fully in accordance with API 674 and Norsok standards.
Chemical Injection Package for offshore installation in Indonesia.
The unit includes a rectangular compartmented tank for Methanol, Corrosion Inhibitor and MDEA,
complete with all necessary auxiliaries (blanketing system, valves, access stairs, instrumentation
and cabling). The Methanol is injected by a Titano 3120 triplex pump with a delivery pressure of
350 bar, and the flowrate can be adjusted through a manual choke valve. Corrosion Inhibitor and
MDEA are injected using metering pumps plunger and diaphragm type.
