Description

The pumps of GR series have been designed for non-energized installations and to meet environmental regulations that do not allow the discharge of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere.

These pumps, mainly used for high pressure injection, are natural gas driven with recovery of motor gas at high pressure. If the liquid to be injected is glycol no gas treatment is needed as part of the pumped glycol is used to dehydrate gas inside the pump itself.

Main characteristics

• Double acting drive end gas operated 
• Capacity adjustment from 0 to 100% by setting the pump stroke rate through the differential pressure at the pump 
• Working pressure up to 300 bar on gas side and 700 bar on hydraulic side.

Multihead solution with four diaphragm heads actuated by the same liquid to be pumped is the most typical arrangement within this range of pumps.

Each pumping head can be equipped with a shut-off pneumatic valve controlled by a remote signal.
